The legal mumbo jumbo is that everything is status quo. FB retracted their statement.
ReplyDeleteGenerally, I would advise anybody that wants to keep any semblance of privacy to not post to the internet or email anything that you would like to keep remotely private absent a clear agreement with your service provider that meets your expectations for privacy and security.
